Overview

Theo has five days to save Lizzy.

When Lizzy’s Master Mannix goes away on a business trip, he arranges for her to serve another Dom, Theo.

Theo’s plots to rescue Lizzy from Mannix haven’t worked. For five days, she will stay at Theo’s house, five days of conversations, of glances, of touches, but he thinks it won’t be enough. For two days, Theo will stick to his ethics, but after that, Theo is more than willing to break all his rules, even if he ends up with a broken heart.

Lizzy was devastated when she realized that Mannix considers her to be just another interchangeable sub even though he told her he loved her. Heartbroken and numb, she doesn’t even protest when he gives her away while he goes on a business trip, even when he gives her to Theo, who is reluctant to take her. Running away seems impossible because sports reporters are stalking her dorm, asking when she is going back to Pajari Gym. The Devilhouse is in ruins. Someone attacks Theo’s house, maybe Russian hit men sent by her parents to scare her into going back to New Jersey. Should Lizzy seduce Theo as Mannix instructed her to do and prove her love for her Dom, or should she stay out of Theo’s bed as he commanded, or will she run into the cold night yet again?

Meet the Author

Blair Babylon is the nom de plume of an award-winning author who regularly publishes literary and suspense fiction. Because professional reviews of her fiction usually included the caveat that there was too much deviant sex in her books, she decided to abandon all literary pretensions and write hot, erotic romance novels and serials.

It just gets better and better!

This is a hard book for me to review. I’ve read the entire series and loved it. Since I read them all, one right after the other, it’s a bit difficult to separate one episode from the other.

Lizzy finally decides to leave Mannix but she doesn’t think Theo wants her. She is broken and must decide what she wants to do.

The BID: Lizzy books are a bit darker than the Rae books but it fits for Lizzy’s character. The darkness of Lizzy and Mannix’s relationship is pretty much gone in this episode. This series is full of sexy and not so sexy times. It is also full of intrigue and some violence. I did not want to stop reading this series once I started.

Be warned that there is strong language and some possibly disturbing scenes in this book. There is also a cliffhanger, which I usually hate. I love Blair Babylon’s books, though, and since all of the episodes for Lizzy’s story are available now I have no problem recommending this series.

If you read the BID: Rae series, and you want more of her and Wulf, you MUST read BID: Lizzy.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

p.s. I do not understand reviewers who criticize this for being only part of a book. The title of the book clearly lets you know that it is Episode 3. I hate it when authors do not disclose that their book has a cliffhanger but this is not the case with this book.

Wow. I loved it. This series is getting better and better. Lizzy and Theo are so hot. Lizzy is becoming stronger because of her love for Theo. They are so good together. Blair Babylon has done it again. You have the best writing style. You keep us on edge with your brillant story telling technique. I can't wait for Burning Bright.

Bravo Ms. Babylon for another fantastic series. I'm hooked.

Lizzy's mistaken belief that Mannix actually loves her is so hea

Lizzy's mistaken belief that Mannix actually loves her is so heartbreaking. Theo is trying to show Lizzy what you do when you really care about someone, and yet, Theo makes me wonder at times too. There is obviously something in his past that is keeping him from really trusting what is happening between them. Every time I thought I knew what would happen, I got another surprise. Blair's stories just keep getting better and better. I can't wait for Paris!!!

After experiencing the darkness of Mannix and Lizzy's relationsh

After experiencing the darkness of Mannix and Lizzy's relationship in Playing Rough: A Romance, Episode #2, I was ready for Lizzy to explore the potential of her relationship with Theo in Breaking Rules. Blair Babylon delivered on my expectations and then exceeded them. The intricate development of Lizzy's attraction to Theo, and his willingness to do whatever it takes to free Lizzy from Mannix, is captivating.

With a completely different feel, in comparison to the first two books in the series, Billionaires in Disguise continues to explore the complexities of Lizzy's self discovery. As Lizzy searches for a way to free herself from the emotionally damaging experiences of her past, she is forced to face her own demons, as well as the complex differences of the two men in her future. I loved getting to know Theo better, as his point of view is expounded upon in more detail than ever before. Well written and developed, the storyline of Billionaires in Disguise: Lizzy, just keeps getting better and better and I'd give this six stars if I could. The sensual and captivating love scenes between Theo and Lizzy are hotter than HOT. As emotional walls are broken down and the past is challenged, this is one series I just can't get enough of!

Another awesome episode! I have been anxiously waiting for this

    Another awesome episode!

I have been anxiously waiting for this one to come out so that we could learn more about Theo and what he will do. Will he be able to break Lizzy out of this mind warp that she is in and get her away from Mannix?

What about the Devilhouse? Will it be closed or will Theo be able to resolve all the problems that Mannix has caused in the short period of time that he has been in control? There are so many great characters in there, that it would be a shame to see it closed down for good.

Theo was able to get to Lizzy, but in the end, he didn't trust THEM enough to keep her, so she ran. AGAIN. Can hardly wait for the next episode to come out next month so we can get to the bottom of things, see Wulf and Rae get married and find out if Rae finally figures out that she is expecting.
