I love the characters in this book and series. They are strong, real, and I love their stories. I have finished this series and have started another, and will probavly end up reading everything by this author. Wish i had found this author sooner. I fell in love with the characters and couldn't put the book down.

Once again I don't know how she does it. Once I start one of Kristen books I don't want to put it down. I was sad when I finished, last one in the Series. Faye was charming and Chase was the perfect dream guy. Out of all the Mountian men I have to say Tate and Lauren story is my favorite (Sweet Dreams) I have read it twice. lol.

Their story breaks your heart, makes you cry, makes you laugh. I loved that backbone of steel Faye showed time and again that she was the right woman to stand beside Chace through life.

This is my 4th book by this writer. Just read the part where "Miah" called the hero Aslan. Got tears rolling down my face. To use your own colorful, but surprisingly eloquent vernacular, Ms. Ashley, you are "the s__t"!!

I loved this book along with all the others by this author. She does a great job of creating the characters in such a way that you feel you really know them. Not hard at all to get totally absorbed by the book and forget everything going on around you. Keep up the good work and I'll be a happy reader forever.

Kristen Ashley has this wonderful ability to write my kind of man and wonderful books. There is never a book where the leading man is just so-so, he is always a “I NEED him!” Chace was an absolute “I NEED him” kind of alpha male.
I would have to say that the reason why I loved the two characters Chace and Faye is because at first their interactions were very rough; they did not get along at all. This friction made all the little steps they took that brought them closer to a couple status made it more monumental. Plus the fact that they were such good people, even though they were just characters. Faye’s concern for Malachi and what she does for him just made my soul warm and toasty.
As for their relationship, I really liked how this was Faye’s first serious one and Chace was her (HOT) teacher. There was just something pure about their connection with each other and it really bonded them together so when their characters experience terrifying events, they have each other to lean on.
When I first opened Breathe on my Kindle I saw that it was almost 10,000 pages (roughly 550 regular book pages) and I thought that it was going to take me a while to read it to the finish. Not that because it would be a boring read but just because it was a longer book than normal and that I unfortunately have to work ¿ However, I finished this within a day because it was read that just sucked me in.

But for some reason could not get into this one as much as the other two. It had great parts but I just felt the story was a little sporadic.
