Starts off with action and keeps on going.

If you want to read a paranormal hot romance book, this is pretty steamy. Not much to the story, other than 2 WW's in total lust. But that's what I was reading it for. Book needs editing..lots of mistakes. I'll read another!

    Amazing

Eroticism aside, this books does have an actial plotline that draws you in. I can actually relatento ot, the forbidden love yet the powerful desire to be with your love no matter the cost. The erotica was fairly well written, though if you are offended by more graphic terminology and descriptiveness you should probably skip this book. A few typos amd grammatical errors, but overall a surprisingly good read. And as i am a huge fan of werewolves that is another plus. I look forward to finishing the rest of the series.

Very Erotic with Addicting, Loveable Characters

This is an erotic tale that also makes the reader want to know what happens to the main characters as well as the secondary characters. Each book slightly leads into one another, but could stand on its own. This is my favorite one in the series so far. Luckly there is another one due out in the next few months.

Sex: Lots Plot: Not so much

Writing style very juvenile. Writer clearly needs intensive, comprehensive instruction in basic grammar and creative writing. Don't waste your money.

    Good.

I liked this story. It had a few grammar issues that can be solved with a bit of editing, but it didn't ruin the the effect of the story for me. So far, I've enjoyed every book by this author. However, if you are offended by descriptive sex scenes, then I don't recommend this for you. ;)

    So hot.....

Very hot and extremely erotic story. Plot was very good and original, man the King was a major A**hole....sheesh what kind of father treats his daughter like property....so disturbing. In any case it was a pretty good read, interesting enough to check out the rest of the books in the series. I gave it four stars instead of five because there were many grammatical errors and those take away from the story.

FYI: TONS OF SEX IN THIS BOOK, IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT INTO THEN BYPASS THIS BOOK...DO NOT READ IT TO THEN GIVE IT A BAD REVIEW DUE TO THE MANY EROTIC SCENES IN IT...PLS READ THE REVIEWS! WE WRITE THEM FOR A REASON!

    Pretty good...

I actually read Grey's Bellum sisters series first, and may I say , those were absolutely wonderful. So I thought I'd give this series a try; if the rest of the books in this series are like this first one, I'm not so sure about continuing reading them. It was pretty short, had a minimal story line, and a ton of sex scenes. If thats what you're into, then this is perfect for you. It really wasn't a bad read, I just wish the story and characters had been a little more developed.

Not that great even for free, after reading the Bellum sisters.

Not that great even for free, after reading the Bellum sisters. Very hot, but the rest of the storyline was really weak and badly written. Greys longer stories are much better so give her a try.

    Whew!

A hot sexy werewolf story. I know some other reviews talk about errors but I think it must have been edited since then. I found the story line simplistic, but as the first in the series it was an engaging introduction to characters who will come in later stories. An engaging read, about 253 pages, worth the money.

    Needs work

If you want something erotic, this can definitely fill the quota! Liked the plot, the setting, the characters and the development, however, the end needed some more depth to it. Especially with the leading female relationship with her father, a little more insight would have helped. Not bad at all, but it has the potential to be much better.

    Glad it was only .99

This book is in dire need of editing. Poor development. It was steamy, but the lack of character development will keep me from reading the others.

The title threw me off at first, but once I started reading it was great! Good characters, good story, and great hook. Definitly recommend the whole series. I sat and read them back to bcak!

I enjoyed this story. It was short, but the sex scenes were anything but. The chemistry between Vane
and Sarina was instantaneous and off the charts. I loved Vane's ruggedness and his sexiness. He
was all Alpha. I was a little disappointed in Sarina's character because I wanted her to be stronger.
She was a little too weak for me. It made me question if she was strong enough to be Vane's queen.
Overall, the story line was good. I wish there had been a little more action, but it was enough to pique
my interest in the series. So, I am now off to read Dark Awakening (Alison and Rome's story).

    Very good love story

If you dont like breeds or weres then dont read this. Sarina is the princess and the king doesnt like any males who have offered to mate her. Her breeding cycle is near. The king sends her away so no males will be near her. The breeding cycle hurts. While at the cabin, a male alpha (Van) on a walk and pucks up her smell. He watchs her and begs to help her. Then finds out she is his mate and she wont except him unto her body but he vows to her her and protect her and offer her to be his queen. He dad comes and gets her and they have to fight to get back to each other. KD aka Kristy D

    True erotica

Good erotica that has a decent plot. It's not all sex, the characters have problems to go with the sex, so to me it was a good book and now I'm going to get the bundle.
