You’d think a story about struggling to become a parent (ie fertility doctors, adoption, etc) would be dry. But surprisingly Breeding in Captivity is a very captivating book. Stacy Bolt knows how to write a good story. She injects wit and humor into her account of her journey to motherhood, making it a remarkably good book. Was this review helpful? I was a baby-making machine who got pregnant twice while on the finest birth control my dr. could prescribe, so I had no idea how heart-wrenching infertility could be. This author took me inside her grief and hope, and gave me a new appreciation for the 4 babies (now 19, 12, 11, and 8) that I've been blessed with. Quite simply, I loved this book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
