Upon reading i am a little more educated on starting a brew pubs and or a brewery but by no means could I after reading this book start either. The Brewers Association's Guide to Starting Your Own Brewery lacks any actual details or specific information on starting a brew pub or brewery. It was not what the description or title toutes. The book is not a book to help guide you in establishing a brew pub or establishing a brewery it is a general overview. Sorry, where's the Beef?
