EXCERPT

They walked out the front door where Brianna was expecting to see the black Town Car and driver awaiting them. Instead, parked out front was a sleek black Italian sports car. Adam opened the door for her waiting for her to get in.

"Where's the town car?" she asked him as she stepped inside.
"I sent him home. We won't be needing him any more tonight," he responded suggestively.

Adam got in the driver's side and started up the engine. It made a loud purr and he shifted it into gear and drove off smoothly.

"Where are we going?" she asked, when she noticed they were heading uptown.
"To my apartment."
"I live in Brooklyn," she blurted out, mentally kicking herself for sounding like an idiot.
Adam smiled at her, "Yes, I am aware of that."
"Why are we going to your apartment?" she asked nervously.

Adam had pulled up to a stop sign. He put the gear in park and turned to look at her.

"Because I want you," he whispered. His gaze on her was intense. She was left breathless as she stared into his piercing dark eyes. She didn't say anything, just nodded her head.

Is there going to be a third installment?  The second book just left everything hanging.  Don't buy this unless there is an indication the series will wrap up.  Too frustrating otherwise!

I really enjoyed it. However, I will be very disappointed if we don't get a Part 3.
