I bought this book to loose a little extra weight. I didn't follow the diet part of it. Within the first 2 weeks I lost about 5lbs. and went from a size 13 to a size 11!! I would recomend this book to anyone whether they are preparing for a wedding just want to get in shape!!

This book is for anyone who wants to look good and lead a healthy life style. What I like most was that it has everything you need to get you on track, the diet plan, recipes, with photos of the excercises. This is great because you can see exactly what you're supposed to do. The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. I've lost 7 pounds and went down almost 2 sizes!
