    great app but one glitch

this is a nicely designed and fun app bt it has one glich. if you try to replay a hand a new hand is always dealt so you can not play the same hand a second time to correct bidding or playing mistakes or improve your score.

I always play in duplicate mode. It plays a decent game for the money -- not prefect, but my partners aren't perfect either. My major complaint is that the program does not show the vulnerability during the bidding or the play.

OK, but not as good as Bridge Baron on my PC

I have had Bridge Baron 17 on my XP PC for several years now and enjoy it very much. This version for my Nook is not nearly as good. The bidding is crazy, and the play against the computer is not at all realistic. Real people would never do some of those things. It is still fun to play and good for practice in planning the play of a hand, but falls short of bidding and playing a real bridge game.

Goes awfully fast with no player control.  Loops through a set of hands with not very many to pock form.  Not easy to navigate through options.  Wont't use it .

They have apparently fixed the replay problem.  (2.04 version) There is still no way to know if you are vulnerable which is annoying. I find the game to be good bid and play practice.

    Improved

Before I purchased the app, I played the trial to see if all the things the previous reviewers had trouble with were still there. Bridge Baron appears to have addressed the issues. I am able to replay a hand, adjust the speed if play and change bidding protocols. I am recommending this app for leisurely play or challenging yourself to improve your bidding and play of the hand by using hints and advanced play options.
