This book gave me a lot of great ideas on how to redecorate my room. I love the room on page 87, and a quote on page 86... 'There is a fear that bright color will make an already small or dark room feel smaller or darker, and that the solution to lack of space is to paint the walls white or the palest pastel shade. Try this and you will quickly discover that the result is likely to be a chilly space, where you are reluctant to spend any time. Instead, accept that this is a small or dark room, light it well and let planes of juicy color give it character.' Words of wisdom to live by. =o) I highly recommend this book to anyone that would like to brighten up their home with bold and beautiful colors.
