These days I rarely buy a NEW CD release because of having over 4,000 CDs in my music collection. When I heard "It's All Right" I knew I wanted to hear more of this fabulous voice. Every track is so enjoyable and a pleasant surprise with the way Aaron makes the song his own. What a talent!!! Thank you Aaron for producing such a superlative CD. Keep it up because you've got a fan "as long as your singing". Good luck with your hopes & dreams for the NEW Big Easy. Roy

Do not decide by looking at the tracks that this is 'just another cover album'...you would be so wrong. Aaron Neville pays homage to the original artists as well as making the songs his own in a way few talents can. These are songs I grew up with, and I'm hearing them all for the first time all over again. Otis and Sam would be proud!

At first glance, it would seem hard to beat the formula of taking one of the greatest voices in the annals of soul music and setting it loose on some of the genre's most enduring songs. But the alchemy that transpires in the grooves of Bring It On Home: The Soul Classics outstrips even that great-on-paper recipe.
