Meet the Author

Cathy Rosewell Jonas brings a unique perspective to literary non-fiction. She has been a social worker and counselor for over twenty years, and on a spiritual path for at least that long. Her travels have taken here to Asia several times, including to a sacred mountain in India. While there, Cathy dove into the deep recesses of the heart and now shares what has learned on the spiritual journey. She has attended several retreats on the West Coast, and has studied with teachers who taught from a variety of spiritual traditions. It is her hope that by sharing her path to awakening it can help other seekers avoid many of the roadblocks she struggled with.
