    Your Physique

Joe weider the father of bodybuilding he starting lifting weights in hope for a better life. With only a 7th grade education Mr. Weider made boudybuilding the sport it is today. I would recomend this book to anyne that calls themselves a bodybuilder or even a powerlifter. Your not a true bodybuilder if you don't know the history of the sport. I loved reading about some of the early bodybuilders, who build very powerful physiques narturaly. I really admire and respect the old school bodybuilders due to their levels of intensity and dedication to achieve the illusive perfect body. The old school bodybuilders didn't know what we know today about nutrition and training but they sure trained their butts off. I have leanred a lot about the sport from Weider brothers in this book. Joe Weider has helped given me the motivation and confidence that I can achieve my goals and I have leanred some vaulble morals along the way. I would like to say thanks to the Weider borthers for their hard work and what they have done to the sport of bodybuilder. Joe Weider is one person that I would like to have at least ten minutes of his time befre its too late.
