All Music Guide - Heather Phares
Buddha Lounge showcases hypnotic ethnic fusion and electronica from artists such as Rodelius, David and Steve Gordon, Alquimia, and Opera to Relax. While much of the album sounds like an Enigma rip-off and too many of the tracks sound too much like each other, Gary Stadler and Stephannie's "Dona Crei Tun," Drum N Space's "The Audience," and Zingaia's "Divine Flame" are among the collection's highlights. Though it's not exactly the most original compilation, Buddha Lounge will appeal to most fans of smooth, beat-driven global dance music.

    Great Sounds!

I picked this album for my stressed-out husband who needed some "chill-out" music and was greatly rewarded by how good it was! The music is varied, yet remains melow and flows very smoothly. It's perfect for a relaxing, candlelit evening at home. If only I can find more wonderful albums like this!!

¿Buddha Lounge¿ is a tranquil and calming cd that contains eclec

“Buddha Lounge” is a tranquil and calming cd that contains eclectic chill-out rhythms. “Poetry” by Roedelius, “ABO Daylight”, “The Audience”, “Divine Flame”, “Rain In Australia” are among some of the joyful songs in this collection. “From Life 2 Life” is one of my favorite songs in this compilation. “Buddha Lounge” is best for those who like music by various artists that mixes both chill-out and new age elements.
