I purchased this with high expectations. That was a mistake. I am half way through and have come to the following conclusions.
The author is badly in need of an editor. The same information is repeated so many times.
The main character goes from not having any firearms training and not liking guns to being a veteran ? If your in the service.
You go through basic, and whats part of basic ? Fire arms training. And last I checked bees are not out munch in the winter or colder months.
Lastly as I am only half way through this book and debating on finishing it. I have lived on a farm my entire life. Been there done that and got the T-shirt. Hard work is a part of farming. But SUCK it up ! Its survival. Thats been part of farming since it started.
If I hear im so EXHAUSTED one more time im tossing this poorly written book in the trash! Don't waist your money. If you want a survival read buy Patriots . Barns and Nobel sell that one to.
