This book reads as a series of diary entries and notes written by a non-professional during the process of home construction. Far from being a useful guide for other homebuilders, the narrative presented is merely the story of one man's experiences with no coherent advice or information for readers to apply to their own projects. There is no attempt to organize the material or define the terms used. Many entries are repetitive and unnecessary, recounting such useless information of unsuccessful attempts to reach contractors by phone. This book is of interest only to the next person thinking of buying the home built by its author. It offers nothing of use to anyone else. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
