Ken Carrig is an executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Sysco Corporation and the author of HR for the 21st Century and HR in Alignment & the Link to Business Results, an educational DVD. He lives in The Woodlands, Texas. Patrick M. Wright is a professor of human resource studies and the director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University. He has published over 40 research articles in journals such as Academy of Management Journal and Strategic Management Journal and is the author of Human Resource Management: Gaining Competitive Advantage and Management of Organizations. He lives in Ithaca, New York.
