A most interesting, informative/inspirational read. A "must" for every educator. Helps one be self-relective and discerning as to their performance on the job as a teacher. A great inspiration and pattern for administrators as well.<BR/>This is Alisa Simeral's first book and I personally, look forward to seeing what else she may have to say in the way of educating educators to become better educators.
