“The work is good. Mike is a good storyteller, and that, harkening back to our ancestors’ days of sitting around a fire, is really half the battle.”
Dominic R. Villari, Rhapsody Press

“Don’t let your boss read this book. It might give him ideas.”
Sam Chinkes, Sound Advertising

Set in New York during the 1970s, The Bully Boss is about a protagonist, Danny Freedman, who spends thirteen years helping to build a small family run, food company into a national organization. All is well until his beloved sales manager Fred Williams dies. Sam Huston, the VP of Operations, in a stroke of shortsightedness and pigheadedness, replaces the lost manager with Francis Green, a power hungry, vindictive man from the California division who destroys everything that Danny and the New York team has built.

Danny relies on his spontaneous wit and undying optimism to help colleagues and himself survive and incredible series of events. As bizarre as some of the antagonist's actions may seem, this is not a work of fiction, but rather a clash between good and bad management styles that anyone who has ever worked for a bad boss can relate. This work is about 55,000 words in length and the first of a trilogy.

Bully Boss Just a few pages into this book and you realize that

    Bully Boss
Just a few pages into this book and you realize that the main character Danny Freedman could be you, me, or anyone we know and the journey he is on is so very familiar to our own.

His tedious experience leading to boredom, change, doubt, fear, regret, challenge, first victory, continued success, complacency, survival challenge, betrayal, doubt, fear, regret…

    I’m exhausted.

But I've been there and so have you.

This is a wonderful book which will catch you daydreaming and even occasionally talking to the pages.

A greatly enjoyed and highly recommended  read.
