Janet Farrar Worthington, an award-winning science writer, has written and edited numerous health publications and contributed to several health books. With renowned surgeon Patrick C. Walsh, M.D., she has written the bestseller, Dr. Patrick Walsh's Guide to Surviving Prostate Cancer (Third Edition, Grand Central Publishing: 2012). Worthington is the editor of Discovery, a research publication for the Brady Urological Institute of Johns Hopkins, and also the editor of Breakthrough, a publication of the Center for Innovative Medicine at Johns Hopkins.
