Gets into a lot more than just diet and exercise. I find that the mental, behavioral and thought-patterns that he talks about here have always been my worse enemies when it comes to food and eating. By learning to be more aware of what I'm thinking, feeling and intending to do, I've already said NO to sugar cravings for the past few weeks. That alone is making a big difference in my life. Thank you! I recommend the book very much. :-)
