    Sent wrong book ! Watch Out !

    Sent wrong book.. Then no refund. Listed as edition 13 but is really edition 12. Stay away ! $100.00 for an old book I can't use.

    The chapters presented in a clear and concise comprehensible format, and further emphasized within text to enhance material.

    The textbook delivered within two days of placing order, which was truly appreciated.
