Meet the Author

Sunny Stout Rostron is a director of the Manthano Institute of Learning (Pty) Ltd and a founding faculty member of The Coaching Centre (TCC) in Cape Town. She is also founding chair of the Working Group on a Research Agenda for Development of the Field within the Global Convention on Coaching, research advisor to the Institute of Coaching at Harvard and Founding President of the professional association Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA). She has developed a range of international programmes in the corporate, legal and education fields, and is the author of six books including Accelerating Performance: Powerful New Techniques to Develop People and Managing Training.
