Read it once to get the overall feel of the domain, and then keep it handy for when you are making decisions outside your comfort zone."

    Not Just for Business Executives!

When a coworker gave me a copy of Business Decisions, I thought that there was no way that there would be anything useful for me in it. Boy how I was wrong! I honestly can't believe all of the useful information, lessons, and scenarios in this book that are applicable to my job. Business Decisions aren't only made by the top executives in a company - they're made by employees at all levels of a company. Little did I know that was the case. I definitely recommend this book for everyone.

    Very useful and relevant

I'm the CEO of a 60+ employee software company and I can't believe the
usefulness of this book. I know that decision making is extremely
important at all levels of a business, not just for myself or the
other executives in the company, but for all of my employees. At all
levels, my staff make decisions - both large and small - that affect
the profitability and reputation of our company. Ensuring that better
decisions happen at all levels of my business is crucial to me, which
is why I'm planning on giving copies of this book to all employees
    throughout my company.

    Decision-Making Skills!

I'm always looking for ways to improve the decision-making skills of my employees, and this book seems to be the perfect way to accomplish this. Broad and applicable to an extremely wide range of decisions and industries, I can't stress enough how good this book is for teaching people that they can significantly improve their productivity by taking the relatively simple step of improving their decision-making skills. I highly recommend this book for people in any industry.

    Decision-making gold..!!!

Decision-making gold..!!! This book is absolutely not only a must buy for every executive and manager in corporate America - but a strongly recommended read for all employees and entrepreneurs charged with making decisions that impact their companies. If this book had been out prior to the financial collapse of 2008 -- the U.S. economy and many of its leading companies might be in a different place. With Business Decisions, author Michael McGrath provides the pivotal and timely insight on how companies today can make the right decisions going forward. He also shares his years of decision-making expertise on how to make the tough decisions correctly while weighing risks. This is something that has never been more critical than right now. In addition to that, he also provides invaluable advice and techniques for making successful company-wide decisions that will stand the test of time. Finally someone has not only earned the top decision-making expert position -- but is willing to provide the formula for golden decisions to turn-around or grow businesses today.
