I ordered several text books online, paid the extra shipping to get them to my house within 2 days and it took FIVE (5) DAYS to get my books. I missed 2 assignments and a test and am failing my classes because of this. And today will be another assignment and test that I will miss. Not only are they very slow at sending out the books but the access code to get into one of books wasnt valid and so I missed even more assignments. So now I have to spend more money just to get the right access code.
Unless you are buying new AND dont care how long it takes them to get the items to you, then you are ok buying from this company..but dont rent or expect that the extra shipping you paid for, will be what you ordered or when you expected the item to get to you.
