    Quick Read, good overview

    The book is quick to read. It usually takes me more than a month to finish a title, but this one moved several chapters per day. The overview was good and gave me some great ideas about what I could do in order to improve system operations within several businesses with which I consult. The case studies were lacking, however. While it was very nice to see numbers, I would like to hear more about the planning and implementation process in each of the case studies as well as some of the complications and what was done to overcome those complications.
