Very good and helpfull information. Do not buy the eBook because you don't get the cd that is included. The tables and the info in the cd is a must and it is imposible to read them in the eBook plus not all of them appeared in the eBook.

It is a helpful way to be walked through creating a business plan. I feel a lot of things were repetitive and could have been left out. It would have been helpful to know what part of the plan all the work sheets related while doing them.

VERY informative, explains things in english not legal mumbo jumbo, CD has great worksheets, was pretty complete in the information and resourses I needed
