Overview

Butch was our first Maine coon cat. For ten years he was to enrich our lives immensely. He overcame serious illness to become a fun-loving and devoted part of our family. We never knew what to expect from him next as he loved life and spent his days getting into and out of just about anything. He loved our golden retrievers as he loved most dogs. He was superior to them, of course, as are all cats in their own eyes, but he loved them. Butch was well known at our veterinarians due to his many visits there for various mishaps over the years. He was also well known in our neighborhood as the “cat in the bicycle basket.” We feel fortunate he graced us with his life.

I have read this book and found it very interesting. It is amazing how smart these cats are. I truely enjoyed this true story about Butch. When I completed the story I wished it would just continue on. I recommend it for children and adults.
