    Better than 'Nothing Down'

    Yes, this book is a more realistic handling of buying property. It takes you through the steps you need to follow in order to make money in real estate. This is NOT a get-rich-quick book like others I have seen.

    great book to read if your thinking of making money

    this book is great. if you like investing in real estate to buy and sell, this must be read. when i picked this up and started to read i couldnt put it down. i think you would enjoy it too. although you shouldn't base your habits solely around one book, you can use many of the autors ideas. check this one out

    A refreshing informative guide to rehabing

    I found this book to be extremely informative, easy to read and easy to understand. Unlike some of the books and material I have read on real estate this book held my attention from start to finish. Every chapter was filled with jewels of real estate information that was direct and to the point. This is a must read book for those wanting to Buy It, Fix It, Sell It: Profit.
