    Rehabbing made easy

    I've read several books on buying and rehabbing properties for profit and this one is by far the best. It lays out some simple formulas to tell you how much to pay for fixer upper properties, how to get your projects financed, and how to create an appealing product that will sell quickly. A must-have book for anyone serious about getting into rehabs.
