    Awesumness

This story has a lot of symbolism and it is very difficult to grasp its concept, yet it has a very insightful meaning. The hidden message inside this story is that people shouldn't forget their past in order to prevent it from repeting itself. There are many hidden messages such as worshipping Idols and whether or not to accept what is believed. Very great book

    This was great.

The above review I wrote years ago and when I stumbled upon it I laughed. I still don't own this book and I still want it. My recomendations have changed since I am much older and mature now but one fact still remains the same, this story was great. Of'course the only reason why most people didn't read it until the tenth grade was because the symbolism may be to advanced for young readers. If you enjoyed Planet of the Apes you will also like this title.

    'Welcome to Earth'

My tenth grade daughter was required to read this work in partial fulfillment of the requirements for her English class. Curiosity compelled me to read it as well. How could such a great work have escaped my library all these years. How could I have let it. Spellbound and intriguing are but a couple of words that render some decency in describing the contents of this work. Oh, but could I tell of the same tale in such a manner. I could not.
