If you thought you had to give up sweets, you don't. The corn muffins are incredible, I made them for Easter and they were gone before I knew it. The recipes are easy to follow and have great tips too.
This is a great cookbook for making gluten free desserts and sweets that are easy.
After going gluten free eighteen months ago, I found it difficult to find simple recipes for desserts that didn't taste gluten free. This is a great cookbook! If you or someone in your life is gluten free, don't hesitate to buy this one. The recipes are easy, with varying degrees of difficulty, but always taste amazing. I've taken the cakes to pot luck dinners and parties and no one knows the difference!
I made the peanut butter cupcakes they were amazing. We have a family member who requires a gluten free diet. Everyone enjoyed the cupcakes. The book was a gift to her, I can't wait to taste other ideas from the book. Great idea, Anne!
