    Book good, customer service abysmal

The book is well written with clear illustrations, as well as being required for class. BUT:

The free 7-day trial version worked well. When I paid my $133.50, I was unable to download or access the book. It took 3 days and over 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Customer Disservice to make it (sort of) work.

The book has never opened on the first try, it freezes up and requires me to restart it at random intervals, and the interface is not user friendly. I would contact BN on these issues, but I'm afraid that their 'fix' will cause another problem like the first one.

I'll be buying hard copy textbooks from now on, even though they'll cost me twice as much and I really can't afford the extra expense.

    Thanks for nothing, BN.

    Horrible job by B&N

I don't have a problem with the book, how could I, I could never open it? I bought the book and then it wouldn't open on my iPad. The only way you can buy a nook textbook is by putting it on your computer, a nook or an iPad is useless with textbooks
