Do not buy this book! Please!

This is the worst book I have ever purchased.

Filled with cliche, diluted business wisdom and written like it was a compilation of notes from a best practices call center conference.

Not one original idea, repetitive, unfocused and riddled with grammatical and spelling errors.

Don't let the title fool you, there are no secrets and no success in here.
