Siren-demon hybrid bounty hunter Dagan Meyers swore he'd never settle down. His older brothers might've adjusted well to family life, but tying himself to one woman is so not Dagan's bag. Until he meets the gorgeous angel Lina, his brother Ronin's long-lost adopted sister, and can't think of being with anybody BUT her. Too bad Ronin's well aware of Dagan's party-boy lifestyle and won't let him anywhere near his seemingly angelic baby sister.

Living the life of a mercenary has been perfect for Lina, who is still getting over abandonment issues that began when she was orphaned as a child. The last thing she wants is to develop feelings for the smooth-talking man she knows will eventually leave her. But as the whole group battles a growing darkness—a powerful dark fae who's harnessed untold power—Dagan and Lina find that love may be their greatest weapon against t he evil that threatens to destroy them all.

This book is the fourth (and unfortunately last) in the Demons of Infernum Series by Rosalie Lario. This was quite a good read as a stand-alone book once I got the brothers straight in my head at the beginning.  This was Dagan's book - the youngest of the brothers and the one who was the most emotionally scarred by everything he endured and saw happen to his older brothers. I also think that he had not yet had the time or the motivation to process everything from that time and the effect it was having on his adult life. Meeting Lina in a previous book turned his head upside down because he began to feel something for someone other than his brothers and that confused him. He didn't have a clue what to do with those feelings so he did his best to ignore them especially when he realized they made his brother angry. Lina is the adopted sister of Ronin, one of Dagan's brothers. She was introduced in a previous book and she has been fighting against letting Ronin (and by extension the brothers) into her life and her heart so it hurts less when he/they leave - cause she is sure he/they will. Lina is an angel but certainly has not lived a heavenly life!  This book proves that sometimes life gives us what we need and not what we want, and often at a most confusing and difficult time for us. But it also teaches us that often the time when we think "this is the worst idea ever" is actually the time when we need to embrace what we have been given and fight to hang on to the life and the love we have in it. Because these things are worth fighting for - this is a theme that keeps recurring in her books for me and I LIKE IT!  II must admit that I - like most people out there - am quite sad to see this series go as this has been an interesting series with twists and turns and good guys and bad guys and the occasional difficulty telling who is who! And I have only read one novella and this book. I wish that I had read the other brother's books before this one - I have them I just have not been able to organize my life and my brain into the same time frame these last few weeks to get them read first. I guess the only good thing about that is this series is not yet over for me - I still have the other brother's books to read. YAY!  II received a Advanced e-copy of this book through the Entangled Review Program in exchange for an honest review.

Dagan is a demon hybrid bounty hunter who is extremely sexy but doesn't think much about himself...Lina is a kick a__ fighter and the adopted sister of one of his brothers. They have been attracted to each other since they first met, but they both have a lot of baggage to work through. There is a fight of good against evil, a kidnapping, a rescue, another kidnapping, and magic. A lot is going on in this story, but its easy to follow and the characters are great. Lina and Dagan are fantastic.....can't wait for Rage's story.

Take one half demon , a mix in a angel, stir in one powerful fae and you have one heck of a story. Call of the Siren is on fantastic story is fast paced, filled with great characters, romance all heading to one heck of an epic battle. Dagan is one sexy beast. He’s not known for his ability to commit. Lina is a fairly tough angel. Both of them have family issues and are a bit messed up in the head because of it. As both their stories unfold Dagan’s daddy ‘issues’ seem fairly bad I definitely feel Lina’s trumps his. Watching them both work things out separately then eventually together is very touching. I enjoyed how all the characters work well with each other and despite not having read the previous titles, I had a sense of knowing them well. That is a sign of a good author…being able to jump into a series anywhere and feel you can relate to all the characters. When you have a good side there inevitably is a bad group of folks. Are what they expected? Not really and some of they had me cheering their final conclusions in the end. This paranormal fantic is more than happy with the epic battle and even happier with the HEA that Dagan and Lina get.  I’m jumping into this series on the last book. I wish I started it from the beginning because it ROCKS! Superb characters all the way around. You really can feel the connections they have with one another. All of Dagon siblings have had their own stories and yet author Rosalie Lario has done an outstanding job presenting them in such a way I don’t feel like I missed out on anything. However, I have enjoyed Call of the Siren so much I was to go back and start the series from the beginning. This is definitely a series worth reading. I received this book from JeepDiva for the express purposes of an honest review. The opinions and rating of this review are solely mine and in no way was I compensated. Stars– 4, Flames – 3

I was given a gift copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book is outstanding! It has a little bit of everything romance, epic battles, kidnappings, dark mages, angels, hybrid demon children you name it this book has it! Dagan is one of Mammon’s many hybrid children being raise by Mammon was no picnic to say the least. Dagan has a bad habit of turning to sexual encounters when his own emotions become too much for him to deal with but he soon realizes he wants more and with only one person the one person he was told to stay away from. Lina’s life has been anything but easy she has suffered thru some horrific events that make her want to just give up on life and emotions of any kind. She cannot however deny the attraction and feelings that a certain hybrid brings out in her he makes her want to live again. There is a dark mage hell bent on getting revenge and will stop at absolutely NOTHING to get it. This is an epic book with so many integral characters that it would be hard to write more without giving away the whole plot of the story. If you enjoy a great paranormal read then this is the book for you .

Dagen is a hybrid seiren demon who is a ladies man. he has sworn he will never settle down. He has a lust for his Lina who is an mercenary Angel, but she is also his half brother Ronin's adopted sister. Ronin would not be pleased at all to see his fun loving brother with his adopted sister and has made this well known.Unfortunately Dagens thoughts are now all consumed of Lina. Now what can he do about it? Lina also has an attraction to Dagen but isn't for sure exactly what she can do about it. She doesn't want to love someone who will yet again leave. They always leave. They end up teaming up with Dagens brothers to defeat the dark fae. This dark fae has teamed up with Dagen's evil father. Great book full of mystery, murder, and excitement with some romance and lust thrown in!
