Meet the Author

Dana E. Donovan grew up in New England where folklore and superstitions can mold a town’s history as much as its people. He exploits that phenomenon in all his books, perpetuating the enigma of small town life and the belief in all that dies is not dead.

I just finished reading this book and absolutely loved it! It's the last in the series so far and I can't wait for the author to put out the next installment. A must read.

Love anything by Dana Donovan. This family of witches/ detectives is fun reading. You get hooked on the characters.

Story lines are generally good and the character development keeps them interesting. I've enjoyed reading the series but the author is severely in need of an editor. The gramatical errors abound as do the errors in common terms of phrase. I find them a distraction to what otherwise would be an enjoyable read.

A good continuation of the series. I really like a various kind of detective work and that not every case must always be (entirely) solved. Looking forward to see the next one.

This whole series was good. That fact cannot be disputed. Normal typos are expected, but the plot line and subtle twists and the general humor was very engaging

Can you say "three stooges"? I loved these books, but the comedy between Tony, Carlos and Spinelli reminded me of "whos on first base". Donovan is going places thats a fact. I cracked up so often that my husband asked me if I was reading a comedy. Tony needs to stop saying "what?" so often though. If I didnt know Dana Donovan was male, I would have said this writer is female as these three goofballs hit and touch each other alot. If you can get past all that along with all the typos and wrong verbage, then you are going to love these books. Honestly, Im not kidding. Donovan is great writer...hopefully he will be picked by publisher and editor soon. I bet its real soon. This series is the bomb (as Ursula would say). Hope to see number eight soon. DM
