This is a must have for all who are trying to control weight. I never leave home without one and have sent several copies of this book to friends and family.
I have lost over 80 pounds and avoided type 2 diabetes by simply using this book and a daily calorie intake record as a guide. All without a gym or weight program membership. I recommend it highly.
