I am now on my 2nd journal. I have lost over 20 pounds using this book. The exercise column and being able to deduct the calories is a big motivation for me. I looked at other journals but found this to be the best one. I also bought the calorie book by Calorie King and found it a very helpful tool also. I would recommend anyone who is looking to loose weight to use this book. You won't regret it.

An excellent diet device that is well organized and very portable. Along with the Calorie Counter book, a necessary addition to any dieter's arsenal. Keeps one honest and is easily transferred to the Calorie King website which I also recommend.

The book itself is very useful, it's my self-discipline thatt needs work.

It is small enough to fit into a purse or bag or possibly pocket. it is very easy to use. I have used them off and on for years.

I bought it to help me with my weight loss, and it has helped greatly. I write down calories and fat, and look up what is not on packaging. I couldn't do it without the help of this book.
