Meet the Author

Judith Cyrus is the granddaughter of Effie Cromer Nelson and the daughter of Patricia Nelson. Judi and Pat both lived lives inspired by "Gramma" Nelson and collaborated on this book to honor that wonderful inspiration.

Judi was married for 37 years to Gene Cyrus. He died in 2007 and is the inspiration for another book, "I Hear the Whistle Blowin'". Gene and Judi had 3 biological daughters and seven adopted children. Judi and their youngest daughter, Kalle, are at home in Goldendale, Washington.
