Purchase Brierely's Guidebook instead. It has all these maps and more!

Brierely's complete guidebook: "A Pilgrim's Guide to the Camino de Santiago" contains all these maps and much more important commentary about the maps. At 302 grams it weighs 171 grams more than this 131-gram map book, so if weight is serious problem, let that guide your decision. B&N claimed this item would ship in 2-3 days, yet it took more than 6 weeks to get here. Another Camino de Santiago map book I ordered from B&N at the same time never showed up, athough my account listed it with the note "You cannot cancel this order" the entire time. That map book had also been falsely advertised by B&N as shipping in 2-3 days. About eight weeks later, B&N informed me that the product would never ship, and they finally refunded my money. Now I know why the competition is succeeding. The experience prompted me to recall two car companies, one was clearly in the lead until the other one adopted the motto, "We try harder." That philiosphy clearly is not the case when it comes to the two largest online book companies.

    Great maps and trail descriptions.

This guide has clear and attractive maps for each section of the Camino. It prepares you for any elevation change and other challenges ahead. It appears to have just what the pilgrim needs to know for that day's trek. We are walking the Camino in September 2012 and I will definitely take this book with me.
