Meet the Author

Opal Jones

Being only 12 years old, a lot of people wouldn't expect this kind of writing out of me. But I worked hard for recognition, and I plan to get it. Living in Las Vegas and being in the 6th grade at my local middle school, I really love being with my family of four, and my cat, Sophie. In my spare time, I play 12-U softball and play first-chair violin. Writing is my first priority, though. I hope you'll keep reading my work and enjoying it.

    Not age appropriate

My son wanted to read this book so I read the quick summary on it and it looked like it would be a good book for him but there was some violence and kidnapping involved and I didn't think that was appropriate for a 10 year old
