    I love this book and use for inspiration each time we go camping

    I love this book and use for inspiration each time we go camping. Favorites are the Sausage and Polenta Scramble, the Fish Cooked with Curried Couscous and Pan Fried Bread with Pears, Blue Cheese and Maple Syrup (using French Toast and apples instead). Gave a copy to all our camping cohorts!
