For those who are interested in the development of Canadian public policy, this volume - a survey of the views of Clifford Clark Visiting Economists over some two decades - provides a unique high-level view of the challenges that have preoccupied federal fiscal policy over time. The book also highlights the contribution that the Clifford Clark position and the outstanding individuals who have held it have made to policy development and the dialogue between the public and private sectors.
