"Donna Weihofen doesn't accept the idea that people with cancer should be limited in what they can eat. She made it possible for me to not only enjoy eating again, but to enjoy a variety of foods. I've been able to put on weight and I feel better"

great book for eating healthy even if you don't have cancer

My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer 1 year ago. We have been trying to find easy recepies that were flavorful and quick to make. This book is not only informative, but helps those who have weight issues and wants to change their diet.5-9 fruits and vegetables a day may keep the cancer away. A definite addition to the cookbook collection!
