Meet the Author

One December before Christmas while shopping, Jack Brush saw a little Santa Claus with candy in it. It reminded him of when he was a small boy and received a glass toy with candy, and when he saw it, he had to have it. This began his joy of collecting candy containers. 'All us kids like them,' he says.

William Miller is the co-author of Modern Candy Containers & Novelties. He says the more you know about candy containers, the better you can buy, sell, and trade them. He says candy containers are colorful and nostalgic, small enough not to take up too much room, and very affordable. He enjoys collecting them.
