Meet the Author
Hal Brindley is a wildlife photographer, film-maker and writer based in Asheville, North Carolina. His photos and articles have appeared in newspapers and magazines around the world including "The Nature Conservancy Magazine" and "Getaway". Brindley's most famous photo sequence features a leopard attacking and killing a crocodile in South Africa. He is the only person to have ever documented this behavior (halbrindley.com). Brindley is co-author of the adventure travel memoir "Dual Nature" (dualnaturebook.com). His production company Dodo Films produces fun and educational short films including the series "The Enviro-Mentals" (dodofilms.com). Brindley holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and fine art from the College of William and Mary.
