Meet the Author

Cynthia Woolf was born in Denver, Colorado and raised in the mountains west of Golden. She spent her early years running wild around the mountain side with her friends.

She was and is an avid reader. Her mother was a librarian and brought new books home each week. This is where young Cynthia first got the storytelling bug. She wrote her first story at the age of ten. A romance about a little boy she liked at the time.

Cynthia credits her wonderfully supportive husband Jim and her critique partners for saving her sanity, allowing her to explore her creativity.

160 pages. Terrible grammer. Detailed sex. Lots of tears and arguing. Some violence. Very unrealistic. This book was free and I agree with the other reviewers about it being a waste of my time. Hmmm, I think I should be paid for my time. The kids even got on my nerves. They were Stepford kids, only spoiled. The husband was an ass. The heroine more childish then her daughter. The cousin was a horrible monster. I admit to skipping pages. This was the worst book I have read so far this year. Do not waste your time. I did. For adults only. AD

OMG!!! Now this is writing! This story moved fast and the writing was efficient in moving through the story, but I learned to love the Characters, except for William. The 95 pages too about an hour to read and I enjoyed the entire experience. I am sure you will enjoy it, too!!!

Ewww. His sexy talk sounds like creepy pick-up lines. It's hard to believe that there is no conflict between the girls or period of adjustment for everyone to get used to each other. Yuck!!

Terrible grammar, choppy storyline and unrealistic. I dont know much about this timeperiod but i do know this didnt come close. It does have potential though if it were expanded at least 100 pgs..

Good thing this book was free or I would want my money back.  The plot is abysmal and the conflict contrived.  "Oh, yeah, I forgot to say he still loves his wife, so, he does." "Oh, yeah, I forgot to say the cousin is crazy, but he is."  Don't bother.

Short book. It was a sweet story. There was some grammar issues that made it hard to read at times. But still a cute story.

This is a romance, not Great Fiction, but as such enjoyable. The children had purpose in the story, and frankly were believable, young, learning about doing chores and becoming friends. Sex is part of relationships so has a place, although it seems to start quickly in the relationship and is a bit abrupt, they only have so many pages in the book to move the story along. I liked that she had to get used to new things and learn new activities, and wasn't just getting married this time to someone with every luxury, although he would need some money to afford a service to get a mail order bride. Glad more didn't happen to the children, I always hate that in a novel. I will read more of this author's work.
