    Great for home-training

The exercises in this book give you a full-body workout without the need for weights, you only use your own body. You can do the majority of these exercises anywhere and anyplace, for some exercises you need more space for example when you do cartwheels. You dont have to be a Capoeira practitioner to use this book. Although I train in martial arts I felt I needed to improve my agility and flexibility, this book has really improved those areas. The exercises build up gradually so you start out with core exercises and progress to more advanced, in this way this book is a great long-term investment that will benefit you for years. The pictures are clear and the text provides the main description of the exercises. The book allows you to pick which exercises you need and are categorized accordingly. This book would also suit people who are thinking about starting Capoeira.
