    This book is great!

    This book had everything! Romance, Action, Adventure, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Alexis is a strong character. Definitely worth the time to read.

    Best Romance novel yet

    When Alexis awakes from near death and finds herself set sail for America, she is furious with Captain Cloud from taking her away from her island and destroying her plans to avenge the violent deaths of her family. When he refuses to return her to her Carribean island, she vows one day to escape... However as the days pass, Alexis finds herself falling head of heels for Cloud, and he, her. She knew he was trying to protect her, but she wouldnt give herself to him completely, not until she had revenge. Finally, after making her daring escape, Alexis sets out on her mission, reinventing herself as Alex Danty, known pirate, running through the sea's on THE DARK LADY trying to find her foe. Yet, her path one again crosses with Cloud when he is ordered to arrest and brought to Washington under false pretences, she is unable to forget the love, and fiery passion that was, and is still consuming them both. Only Cloud knows the course she is taking, and only he can offer the help that is essential to complete her plan - risking treason, and death for a love neither can resist.
