    A PROMISING BOOK!

Man, this book is awesome! The story begins with Sakura Kinomoto, the average fourth grader who loved P.E. adn hated math. But, one day, Sakura found the Clow, and set all of the magical Clow Cards free! Now, with the help of Keroberos, the Guardian Beast of the Seal who supposedly was keeping close watch over the Cards (he was some watchdog!), Sakura must collect all of the Cards before they wreak havoc across Reedington, and possibly the ones she loves! This book is promising. With its cute characters and ingenius plot, Clamp is sure to go far with Cardcaptor Sakura as they did with Sailor Moon!

Beautiful and funny, not just for kids!

Cardcaptor Sakura is a charming, exciting story with a great plot and beautiful artwork. People of every age, both male and female, will fall in love. WB's 'Cardcaptors' didn't do 'Cardcaptor Sakura' justice, so don't be disuaded!

    A great manga!

I really love this story! The plot is generally happy and quite hillarious. The characters are really well drawn and Sakura is really kawaii! The story just gets better and better with every new book in the series.

    Sakura rocks!

Sakura rocks! She is so cute! this is well drawn and the plot is very intresting! The english t.v. series stinks with all the poor dubbing and editing. I do however, recomend the original japenese version it's much better!

    Damned Translations...

Don't get me wrong, I love Cardcaptor Sakura but this book loses something in the English translation. A lot of the lines are botched, not too noticable but the dialouge comes out sounding a bit odd. I would reccomend trying to find the other version from Kodachi. It's bilangual so not only do you get to see the text in both japanese and english but the lines are direct translations so you get the real feel of it. Plus it has a cooler cover :)

Best Manga Series CLAMP ever made!

The story has good taste and is a mix of sailormoon and pokemon. It starts out with Sakura Kinmoto (Avalon is in the dubbed) discovering a secret book called 'The Clow Book' guarded by Kero-chan the beast (he looks like a stuff animal but really is a powerful lion) with the following Characters Tomoyo (Madison), Syaoran (Li),Meiling (Meilin), and Eriol. The story has love and cards needed to be captured! The secret falls behind Sakura and Li the two cardcaptors! I woukd also recommend watching KidsWB becuase they have cardcaptors on at 4:30 in the afternoon. (Sakura means Cherry Blossom and Syaoran means Small Wolf)

    A Cute Story!

Cardcaptor Sakura is a great manga. It's about a girl named Sakura Kinomoto(Avalon), who opened a book of the Clow. Only someone with magic, can open the book. Some chibi-lion appears, and tells Sakura she has to capture all the cards and be a cardcaptor. CLAMP created this series, and Cardcaptor(anime)is so terrible because of Nelvana. CLAMP also created Magic Knight Rayearth, X\1999, (known as X). But on top of those, Cardcaptor Sakura is the best, and deseves more than 5 stars!

    Anime and Cardcaptor Sakura

Cardcaptor sakura is terrific I've been hooked on anime since I was lil and I've been amazed at how it has caught on so quickly. Card Captors is one of my favorites, Along with tons of other anime titles some better known than others. Card Captors deserves to be put way up there star wise. It has a nice story line, good characters, and all the good elements of a great story. You can catch it on The WB on saturdays and around 8:30 too. You should also check out other titles I've mentioned (Below). Over and Out! **Sakura**
