    Another great reference book for trainers. A great book for everyone else.

    You definitely don't have to understand the Health and Fitness' jargon in order to appreciate and be able to do the exercises recommended in this book. It's a great read and very informative. The exercises are very easy to follow and they do create the metabolic disturbance necessary in order to really burn fat, and you don't have to slave away hours in the gym.
